Sometimes a craft idea can be right in front of you. Keep your eyes open and with little materials needed, create something cute! This little pumpkin project was fast and easy.

After I used this Splenda, this cute container was headed for the trash but I saw a pumpkin. Fall is on the brain!!!! I peeled off the label and grabbed my paint.

I also grabbed floral wire and some odds and ends like ribbon, a wood topper.

One thing I love about cute pumpkins is the curly Q's by the stem. Floral wire creates this and simple use a paint brush or pencil to wrap the wire around. Then slowly pull out. You are left with cute curls.

I added ribbon and liked it like this. Cute with my little ghost but then I realized it needed a stem. So, I added a wood topper from my wood craft stash.

Now, it is the perfect little pumpkin!!!!

This container still opens so you can put candy in it or leave it as a decoration.

Part of my craft mission is to inspire anyone to create. You don't need a lot of time or money to create something that makes you happy. Many see trash when they see my Splenda container but with some creativity I saw a pumpkin, so keep your eyes open to unexpected possibilities. I go into this more on my blog so follow this post and read more. My mission is to inspire you and my heart hopes you find your creative soul's purpose and just craft!
