Summer Front Door
I finally got around to updating our front door for Summer. The best part is that I was able to use things I had so it didn’t cost any money. I filled the basket with sunflowers and hydrangeas. Since it is so close to July 4th, I wanted to give it a patriotic twist.
First, I added flags in with the flowers, but they didn’t look right. Big Daddy suggested adding a flag to the front of the basket and it is perfect.So, I guess technically, this is my our Patriotic Summer Front Door:
We added brushed nickel hardware when we moved in. The front door is painted Benjamin Moore Hazy Lilac. I made the vinyl Hello using my Silhouette machine but you could easily paint it on the front door. You can find similar baskets at Joann Fabrics.
