I had little side table that needed to be made over. This was my Mom's table, who passed away years ago. I loved the lines, but it was dark and didn't go with anything else. I started thinking of Scandinavian country with the curvy lines. So I decided on white paint! Beyond Paint had offered my a sample to try and that's what I used. I gave it a great review!

I washed the table down with some Dawn and finished with a white vinegar/water wipe. Nice and clean, I set up my paint area on my deck, with plastic on the glass topped table. The area outside was warm and breezy, with our dry weather a good time to paint.

Since the table had such long legs I decided to paint it upside down to start, and paint the top last. See the big scratch on the little drawer?

I removed the knob and saved it to re-use. I knew it would need at least two coats with the dark finish. I used a sponge brush to avoid brush marks. This paint is really thick, like pudding. I flipped it over after the second coat, then did the top and lower shelf. A few touch ups later I put the knob back on and took inside. It went back to my living room.

Love the results!!!
