This year my daughter's teacher asked for any Christmas donations. I wanted to create a little DIY gift, so I thought it was the perfect moment to try this little project. My hope is that she can use it all year.

Did I mention is was only < $10 ( A little Math for you) icon

Hope you enjoy! icon

The first thing I did was cut one of the rings from my Dollar Tree wire wreath.

I flip it and used the reverse side of the wire wreath.

So that the Crayon can lay straight and not at an angle.

Then I started to glue each crayon, with hot glue on the wreath.

one by one.... icon

I then flipped it, and added more glue to the back to support the crayons from falling

At this point... the shape of the wreath is completed.

I grabbed some mesh and made a simple bow

I secured that with a zip-tie.

I tied some green string to cover the zip-tie At this point I felt I needed something else... so.....

I got a little Chalkboard and put my Chalk skill to the test....... ok... chalk is not as easy as you think.. icon I also used hot glue to secure this in place.

BOOM !!!

My Teacher Wreath with a Xmas Twist was completed, no to bad for under $10. icon

Oh, yes. She will hang this on her door next year—maybe all year long. How did she ask for donations—what kind? ☺️
