Have you gotten in the Christmas spirit yet? We have an awesome tutorial for you today: ornament display trees!! This is such a fast and easy project. Before you know it, you'll be displaying your build and wowing the crowds.

Check out our video tutorial where we show you exactly how to make these awesome wooden trees! For one more great idea to build these, check out our blog post on creating a DIY ornament display tree.

To get started, cut the wood pieces according to the building plans. You can find the free plans at Remodelaholic.com. Cut the base and the three triangle sides.

Glue and attach with brad nails. If you don't have a brad nailer, you can use glue with clamps, but give it some extra dry time. Once dry, sand your tree to smooth any rough edges or spots. You can paint or stain your tree. We did a combination of both for our trees.

We installed square bend hooks along the backside and attached chain across to hang our ornaments. You could also staple twine or use metal rods.

Hang your ornaments on the tree. What a great way to display vintage finds or sentimental items.

We didn't want to limit ourselves to just one! They're so much fun to build and to decorate with.

A great way to display favorite ornaments and not take up tons of space. A cute way to spruce up the fireplace mantle. These would also make a great gift for family/friends.
