Croquet Anyone? A Mad Hatter Tea Party With "faux" Box Cake

Add a little "wonder" to your afternoon with an Alice in Wonderland themed tea party featuring easy DIY projects. A cardboard box becomes faux confection to store sweets while a dusty croquet set gets a makeover the Queen of hearts would be proud of.
a "fool the eye" cake really stores tea time treats
the lid pops off to reveal genuine treats
joint compound "icing" and basic craft supplies are all thats needed
I added pink to the compound for a rosy hue
old croquet set in the garage? Mine hadn't been used in ages.
a quick spray coat of soft pink
flamingoes are created with fun foam and craft paint. Feathers and trim add flair.
playing card wickets and a "hedgehog" ball
mismatched tea cups and white linen spruce up an outdoor space
water and food coloring make a magic elixir
