Garden Stool Makeover/Upcycle

I have been looking for a garden stool for what seems like forever but didn't want to spend the money they were going for!
One day while I was at the thrift shop, my eyes caught this worn out garden stool in the corner and my stomach started fluttering! Then I saw the price and I just about fainted........$10!!!!!
All it needed was a good cleaning and a new coat of paint!
So I picked up a can of Rust-Oleum in glossy white.
It's amazing what one can of paint can do!
Now it sits in my living room with a new life!
I haven't decided yet if I'll keep it inside or move it outside since our summers are so warm and we spend a lot of time out there.
After all, it is a "garden stool"!!!

It is beautiful but did you really paint over brass! Brass is one of those metals that the more patina it has, the more desirable and expensive it is. Some sellers will bury it or spray with urine to get certain looks. See oriental brass collections.

@Dorothy Collett It's not made of brass. It's ceramic and the original paint color looks brass. Thanks!
