Farmhouse Wood Framed Flower Vase Centerpiece
This simple and easy flower vase will bring loads of charm to your dinner table for events or just family dinners. All you need are a few items and you can create this inexpensive wood framed flower vase.
Step 1
With most projects it is good to gather all your tools and supplies. Here is a list of what you will need.
- Saw
- Drill
- 2" dill bit
- Finishing nails, hammer or nail gun
- Measuring tape
- 1 x 4 x 4 foot long
- Pencil
Step 2
Begin by cutting the boards. 2 cut at 16 1/2" and 2 cut at 4"
Step 3
Clamp the two long ends with the 4" piece in the middle and nail them together.
Repeat the process on the other end.
Step 4
Drill holes on the ends 2 1/4" from the edge to the edge of the hole. Do this on both ends.
Then mark the center and drill the center hole.
Step 5
Now paint your frame and add the Martinelli apple juice jars by placing them inside the wooden box.

Once the paint is dry sand down the finish a little for a more farmhouse look.
Your flower centerpiece is finished.
You can use it in your home to place flowers in through the year.
Or you can use it as a centerpiece for parties or a fancy dinner for your family.

Also, you can just buy the Martinelli juice at the grocery and use the empty bottles!
