Decorate your Easter eggs this year in an alternative way with the use of concrete look paste. Add a bit of color to contrast the grey of the concrete with bright color flower lace or keep a more monochromatic touches with white lace and pearls. Use your ribbon and lace stash and match your home decoration style. The light weight eggs can be placed on Easter wreaths too.

Place the polystyrene eggs on bamboo skewers to easily work on them. Cover the polystyrene eggs with the Viva Decor Concrete Effect paste with a palette knife and let them dry well.

Although you can smooth the surface while applying the paste with a sponge, I preferred to not to and sand it when the paste dries.

Use the sponge included in the box to darken the egg surface. Allow some drying time.

Cover with the sealer and a sponge and let them dry.

Wrap around the eggs ribbons, preferably a white one as a background layer to show the color of the flower ribbon even better, and continue by adding rhinestones.

Decorate with colorful laces or any other flat back embellishment. An elastic like ribbon will fit the shape of the egg better and less gluing will be required.
