Build a BIG outdoor storage bench
Build a frame from plywood and 1x4s
Clamp 2x4s to the bottom for casters
Use a Kreg Jig
Clamp Kreg Jig to 1x4s and drill out pocket holes
Drill coarse screws into soft wood
Face screw the edges of the 1x4s

I just started using cheap, pretty vinyl tablecloths to put over mine and it's easy to clean when the cats have been lounging. Shower curtains are useful also.

outdoor table cloths and shower curtains can be so handy for outdoor benches or to cover throwpillows/cushions.
