Breakfast room turned sunroom/keeping area
I made the decision to create a sunroom/keeping area in lieu of a breakfast room. The dining room, kitchen bar area, and kitchen island are very close in proximity, therefore, not needing the extra seating area. This area has worked very well for our needs.

What a GREAT idea to transform the kitchen dining area into a sitting area!!!! Love this! It facilitates relaxed conversation while you are preparing treats . . . a great spot for a "spot of tea"!!!
