Adding Beadboard to a Kitchen Island

We took our basic builder grade kitchen island and added beadboard and paint to turn it into something that looks much classier. It's an easy project that can be done in a weekend. Hello, that was really helpful, thanks! And it looks great! I am about to add beadboard to an old, really old, I guess I should say "vintage" piece I got a a local country shop to use as an island. The owner goes "picking" out of state and finds great stuff. The top of the island is actually an old cupboard door (all flat, no raised panels), I assume, complete with a square hole and indentations where the handle was, I know you prob can't picture it, but it's way cool looking. Now it will go a lot more smooth with your tutorial! Cheers!

I love bead board and just happen to have some I didn't use for another project. I'm excited to use it now. Thanks!
