We play a lot of games at my house! When we aren’t playing games, our game table looks empty. With an idea and a few discarded game pieces, a game night centerpiece was born. See the easy DIY project here…

SUPPLIES

  • Old Bingo cards
  • Scrabble Slam cards (spelling “home”)
  • Old dominos
  • Old colorful poker chips
  • Random floral picks
  • Old coffee container for the center
  • Glass jar
  • Hot glue gun
  • Scissors
  • Wire cutters if needed

INSTRUCTIONS

First

thing I did was glue the scrabble carded onto the larger bingo cards. Then

I glued the bingo cards around the sides of the coffee container. I used the coffee container to take up more space inside the glass jar.Place

the coffee container down inside the glass jar. Sprinkle poker chips and dominos around the perimeter between the can and the jar.Lastly

Poke holes inside the top of the coffee container to make room for the floral stems. Cut floral stems down to fit where desired. Add a bow if you’d like to. I love buffalo check, so the bow was a must!

VIOLA!

I love the new game night centerpiece that now adorns the table. If we ever forget to slow down and take time to enjoy life, the centerpiece serves as my reminder to have a seat and start a game!

We also love to play tic-tac-toe so see how I made this upcycled  Chalkboard Thrift Store Silver Tray!
