These googly eyes Halloween napkin rings are the perfect not-too-spooky Halloween decoration for your dinner table. They even look pretty elegant when used with a black and white place setting!

All you need to make these googly eyes napkin rings are toilet paper tubes, felt, and googly eyes. And a low temperature glue gun, of course.

I love the organic shape of the googly eyes napkin rings. Use a mix of googly eye sizes and jsut cluster them together however you think they look good. Don't worry about going all the way to the edges of the felt strip.

Because you use a pair of scissors to cut away the excess felt, leaving just the bubbly, bouncy, perfectly freaky strip of googly eyes.

Empty toilet paper rolls are the perfect size for making DIY napkin rings. And they're easy to cut to whatever size you need.

I liked these googly eyes napkin rings best with white napkins. I tried with orange, and that was fun, but I love the clean look of the all white and black table setting best.

Are you ready for Halloween?

See how easy it is to make these googly eye napkin rings!
