Stairway to heaven. We removed our old stained carpet and updated with paint, pattern and typography.

We just moved in our house 7 months ago and are going about the process of bringing the rooms up to date. These stairs were stained and the carpet was pulling up. We decided to pull up the carpet and paint a faux runner. We used Sherwin Williams porch and floor enamel in 6213 Halcyon Green and 7035 Aesthetic White. We added the vinyl letters for a finishing touch. We need to redo stair case treds. No carpet or rug due to allergies. We painted them as suggested on DIY but paint cane off right away. Any suggestions
