If you're looking for a great way to make your home smell really good for the holidays, here's a simple recipe for you. I put this delicious concoction together every year when the weather starts to get cold and it's lovely smell fills our home with the lovely aroma of the holidays. Here's how you can make it too!
You’ll need, oranges, ground nutmeg, whole cloves, cinnamon sticks, (optional:fresh rosemary, fresh cranberries)
Start off by slicing 1-2 oranges and then placing them in your pan.
Then add 1 tbsp of whole cloves.
Next you’ll add 3-5 cinnamon sticks and 2 tsp nutmeg.I will also frequently add 2 fresh sprigs of rosemary and 1 cup fresh cranberries. That's all you'll need.
Then fill your pot with water and let it simmer on the stove all day. Ta-da! A quick and easy way to get your home smelling perfect for the holidays. This is a great thing to pop on the stove before guests come over.
