Repurpose your tired outdated artwork into something dramatic and bold!

What you'll need:

  1. Repurposed artwork or empty picture frames
  2. poster board (if needed)
  3. pencil
  4. paint & paint brush

I’m using re-purposing this artwork that I already had. You can also use two oversized photo frames.

The first step is to remove the glass and the backing. Then take the picture out, we won't be needing that anymore.

The poster board will be your canvas. Using a pencil draw your abstract design, have fun with it!

Dip the brush in the paint and be sure to wipe off the excess paint. Then trace over the pencil marks. It’s abstract so there is no right or wrong way to do it. Once you are satisfied with your design draw a slight pencil mark down the center and cut your piece in half. Place each half in the frames and enjoy your creation!

This is the finished result! I love how inexpensive and easy that was. They look so super chic!
