Make a Magic Circle with the Brown Yarn.

Chain 2(Not Counted as a stitch)

12 Double Crochet in the Magic Circle.

Pull the yarn end to close the loop.

Slip Stitch on top of the first Double Crochet.

12 Stitches.

Round 2:-


Start with 1 Double Crochet(Not Counted as a Stitch).1 Double Crochet in the same stitch.2 Double Crochet each in rest of the stitches.Slip Stitch on top of the 1st Double Crochet.24 Stitches.

Round 3:-


Chain 4.(Chain 3 will be counted as 1 Double Crochet and the Chain 1 will be counted as Chain 1 Space.1 Double Crochet in the next stitch.Repeat*(1DC,Chain 1)Slip stitch on the Third chain to end the round.24 DC and 24 Chain 1 Space.

Round 4:-


Start with Chain 2(Not Counted as a stitch). 1 Front Post Double Crochet in the same stitch.2 Double Crochet in the next chain space.

Repeat*(1FPDC,2DC)

Slip stitch on top of the first front post double crochet.72 stitches.

Round 5:-


Chain 3

Skip 2 Stitches

1 Single Crochet in the 3rd stitch.

Repeat*(Chain 3, Skip 2, 1SC)

Round 6:-


Slip stitch into the chain space. Change to Yellow yarn while making the slip stitch.

Chain 1(Not Counted as a stitch)

3 Single Crochets in the chain space.

Repeat 3SC in the rest of the chain spaces.

Slip stitch on top of the 1st single crochet.

72 Stitches.

Round 7:-


Chain 1(Not Counted as a stitch).1 Single Crochet in the same stitch.

1 Single Crochet each in the remaining stitches.

Slip Stitch on top of the first single crochet.

72 Stitches.

Round 8:-


Chain 2(Not Counted as a stitch). 2 Double crochet in the same stitch.

Chain 2

Skip 2 stitches

2 Double Crochets in the next stitch.

Slip stitch on top of the first Double Crochet

Round 9:-


Chain 1(Not Counted as a stitch). 1 Single Crochet in the same stitch.

1 Single Crochet in the next stitchChain 51 Single Crochet in the chain space.Repeat*(1SC,SC,Chain 5,1SC(in chain space)

Weave off.

    This is very pretty and will be perfect for a fall wedding to be used on the tables. However, I man confused with round two. It gives different directions than what the video states. Is it a single crochet round or a double crochet round?

    The whole round is throwing me off.
