wood filler

Step 1

your 2x2 boards will now need to make a C shape mitered corner to mitered corner and this needs to be done x4! We used screws for this part if it’s easier to pre still do that and otherwise attach the boards using screws.

Step 2

You will now have 4 pieces that look like this! From here we have to attach the C’s was to make a makeshift frame.

Step 3

Using 2.5-3” screws screw from the outsides of the 2x2 to attach the C’s together

Step 4

Repeat step 3 all around the top and the bottom outside boards

Step 5

now using the mitered 1x2s we need to make a frame to attach the top boards too. Attach miter to miter using your air nailer at each corner

Step 6

Attach the frame to the C frame with your air nailer with 2” nails! From there space your boards evenly over top the framing!! Using your nailer again nail in the boards using the framing in the middle and outside the boards will stick over the front/back and sides!

Step 7

Now for the fun part!! Fill in the nail holes if you wish, sand off any rough edges and decide on paint and stain!!

Step 8

And your finished!! A simple way to add a place to put your drinks etc.
