In today's video, I will be making a 2 tiered tray with a wooden center and feet using Dollar Tree stove top covers.

This is a simple yet elegant tiered tray perfect for displaying your seasonal mini decor. This tiered tray is great for a kitchen countertop because of it's smaller size and looks great as a centerpiece on a table.

  • NOTE: Keep in mind that when using E6000 if must set up for 24 hours. If it wasn't for this the project would have only taken 30 minutes or so.

I think it turned out beautifully.

I hope you like this tutorial and find inspiration to go and do something fun and crafty in your home too!

Step 1. Attach Center Support to the Top of the Bottom Tray.

I used E-6000 and hot glue to attach the center support to the bottom tray.

Step 2. Attach Center Support to Bottom of Top Tray.

I again used E-6000 and hot glue to attach the center support to the bottom of the top tray.

Step 3. Stain Feet

It's a dirty job but somebody has to do it!

I used Waverly Antiquing Wax and stained the feet for the tray.

Step 4. Attach Feet

I used hot glue and attached the feet to the bottom of the bottom tray. I tried to space the feet out evenly around the bottom.

After completing the tray it was very shaky so I added craft sticks to the bottom of the tray. It sturdy it up and you can't see the craft sticks when you display the tray.
