We have a naughty cat. And she is very smart.

Naughty and Smart…a Disastrous Combination Anytime…but Especially at Christmas.

Enter This Year’s Tree.

With a Christmas Tree Positioned in the Prized Spot of Your Home….Cats Will Go Wild!

Here's My Simple Trick to Keep CATS OUT OF THE TREE - VINEGAR!

Apple Cider Vinegar...Cats Hate the Smell. :)

Simple.  Cheap.  Not Messy.  Done in a Flash.

Find Apple Cider Vinegar on Amazon... Here.

What You Need: Beach Towel and Garland.

Fold a beach towel in half. Center the Tree on top of the Towel.

Wrap Garland around the base of the Tree.

Garland...on Amazon Here.

Pour Apple Cider Vinegar in a Spray Bottle.

Spray Vinegar on the Tree and the Garland. The smell is strong, but quickly fades. For cats, the smell is overpowering and lasting - they keep their distance.

Decorate the Tree without Fear of Cats Climbing into the Branches.

If the cats start getting curious about the Tree, do a quick light spray on the Garland and the Tree. Now decorate without cat worries!

Another Cat-Proof Approach - Pine Cones sprayed with Vinegar.

Place the Tree in a galvanized container. Fill the container with Pine Cones. Spray the Cones with Vinegar.

Thankfully, Cats Hate Apple Cider Vinegar...
Success!!! No Cats in the Tree!
