Deciding what color to paint china hutch (small cream piece)?

Not sure what color to incorporate into my bright apple green dining room and since china hutch needs painting I was thinking colbalt blue? any suggestions

    I totally agree with Kelly of Eclectically Vintage. White on the outside would keep it consistent & classy then do a rich cobalt blue inside. Orange would certainly pop, but you might tire of it sooner. Color is very personal - it all depends on what "feel" you want - whether it be funky and bright ... or calm and subdued. Do you have strong primary colors in the adjacent kitchen? That can have some bearing on your choice too.

    If that is stained glass at the top pick two of the colors and paint one inside and one outside
