Bumble Bees

I have some awesome bumble bees that do an awesome job of pollinating my garden and lavender. The problem I have is that they have decided to make their nest under my back porch. There is a little opening and I can see them going in and out and they aren't hurting anyone. My question is do they eat wood and can they get into the house. I hate to kill them but I also don't want them living inside with me? HELP ! What should I do?

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the advice I was hoping that would be the response. Our local bee man called last night too and said the same thing. I love my bumble bees.

Jan M, I'm glad you didn't kill the bees because we all need them for pollination. We sometimes forget their importance to the environment.
