Glammed-Up Dresser Makeover

I had this dresser sitting in my house for almost a year waiting for a makeover. I knew it had potential, but I just couldn't settle on a color. When no one picked it up from my refinishing business to be customized, I just decided to redo it and decided to go bold and glossy! I sanded the piece to bare wood with my orbital sander starting with a smooth surface. I used General Finishes Klein Blue milk paint, which is a Cobalt Blue color to update the look. I love the ease of use of the milk paint and the smooth finish it provides! The handles were sprayed with a gold spray paint as they were beyond saving the original finish. The piece was sealed with a gloss polycrylic, and now it has a new life!
