Vacant Home Staging

This beautiful "city" vacant townhouse is a corner unit and has numerous beautiful windows!
Living Room before
This open floor plan living room needed definition for buyers to envision themselves living in this home.
Living Room After
We created a cozy seating area and angled it to allow the windows to remain unblocked.
Another Living Room view.
This furniture placement leaves room for additional items such as a TV, console table, more seating.
Dining Area
In this empty dining area, buyers will have a hard time determining where to place their table and whether it will fit.
Now the dining area is defined, allowing buyers to have a visual reference as to how the space can be used with their furniture.
Empty Master Bedroom. This L-shaped Master Bedroom and two walls of windows created a challenge for furniture placement.
Master Bedroom After
There were two wall spaces that would accommodate Queen Sized or King Sized bed and two nightstands without blocking a window. One is at the top of the L tucked away from the rest of the room, and this space in the middle of the L. Placing the bed in this location draws the prospective buyers into the room.
