So many times we get ready to paint a room. We decide we will need to paint the ceiling as well but we forget about the trim. We have a room and ceiling with fresh paint but our trim is screaming "dingy, scuff marks, who forgot me?"

It is on a track. I think you have to push down (with a screwdriver) to release it up in that top track. If you have a ladder where you can see up there it will make it easier.
