License plates and ceiling tiles re-born into dragonflies!
Used license plates of my two favorite places! The ceiling tile date back to 1920 - Maud Oklahoma!

Miriam, it would be the same process as the one I posted awhile back! I knew you would dig them. Going to work on one similar that will come to NYC with me in the fall.Just as soon as I find two more NY and Georgia Plates:)
