Trying "chalk paint"

I used a home made batch of "chalk paint" to see if it would work...for more information see:

with two coats of paint
distressed
waxed and completed

    Yeah Donna BUT . . . . by the same token, if your friend had been of like mind she would have stopped and scooped them up for herself!! The driver is in charge!! The good thing is you got them after all and now you get to try the chalk paint!!

    I actually have a antique table in my bedroom that needs refinishing SO BAD. It looks similar to yours. If it isn't to cold here this week I think I am going to strip the veneer off and sand then let hubby help me next weekend to try the method of chalking and waxing.
