I bought three ugly trays at Goodwill, they were nice quality trays so I was anxious to give them a new look.

Karen, what a cute idea!! So did you use wooden candlesticks for the tiers and maybe a wooden ball on top for embellishment? Yea - that fish HAD to go!! Good job! Edit here (lol) found your blog - I couldn't find it in your post but hovered over your picture and it was there!!
