No-Sew Christmas Stocking

Just because I'm a DIY Blogger doesn't mean I can sew. I cannot use a sewing machine to save my life. Believe me, I've tried. I've come to accept this fact and I've learned to work around it.
I had this deer fabric in my closet for 2 years, just begging to be made into Christmas stockings. So I got out a Christmas stocking and some posterboard and traced a template.
I used that template to cut stocking shapes out of my fabric. Make sure they are facing the right way. Then I "hemmed" the edges with some fabric glue.
After hemming, use the fabric glue to attach the two pieces together, leaving an opening for the hanger to go. I used a ribbon and attached that with the fabric glue as well.
I used ruffle trim instead of a cuff, and hand sewed on some buttons for embellishements.
Although it sounds easy, it really wasn't. This turned out to be one of my tougher DIY projects, but I do love the end result.
