Placemats turned into throw pillows

I found these placemats at Walmart for $3 each and took an old pillow I had lying around the house, used the stuffing and make two cute seasonal throw pillows. Six bucks for two throw pillows ain't too shabby. Check out what I did on my blog!

Now that is using your creative brain. What a great idea. I'm always on the lookout for new place mats but this is ingenious . They look great on the couch.

This is awesome. I have done the same thing with old linen napkins that no longer matched the decor of my kitchen. Super simple!
