So, the main "ingredient" for this project is a mason jar lid...ring??...band?? No matter what it's called, you know what I'm talking about! I happened to have a dozen of these because I bought a pack of jars to use as drinking glasses.
To create a "wreath", simply wrap your lid / band / ring with any number of items... I have a whole slew of possibilities listed in my full tutorial here!
Once it's wrapped, you can embellish it however you'd like!! Ribbon bows...sequins..beads...the sky is the limit.
And you can truly customize it to any style you like...country decor... shabby chic... modern farmhouse... depending on what you wrap it with and the embellishments you use. As you can see, I tried out all kinds of things!
This is also a great Christmas craft that kids can do! They make perfect little handmade teacher gifts...or you can add it as a gift topper for that extra special touch. Which materials would you use to decorate yours? Let me know in the comments below!
