Pretty In Pink Nightstand Makeover with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint

Read along to see how this outdated, and abused little nightstand was given new life!
Found this nightstand at our local Salvation Army Thrift Store... $15.00. Structurally sound and solid, but was outdated and had cosmetic damage.
The top was in rough shape, had to be sanded down.
Painted with Annie Sloan "Old White" Paint.
The pink insets were painted with a sample pot from Glidden, mixed with AS Old White, to soften the look, give it a chalk-like finish, and for durability.
Cleaned the original hardware and reused!
The new paint, brought out the beautiful details of the piece!
Sealed the paint with Minwax Wipe-On Poly, Clear Satin.

Cute idea, my granddaughter would love it. I personally would have painted the hardware white & given it a distress look.

No distressed looks for me. This is lovely and it brings out the designs in it beautifully.
