Installing Groutable Luxury Vinyl Tile

Luxury Vinyl Tile that can be grouted is a fantastic alternative to ceramic tile. It's affordable, durable, easy-to-install, and start to finish can be done in ONE DAY! It looks just like ceramic tile without the headache. I just finished my foyer floor and I LOVE the result!

Will these stick to sub-flooring after broken stone tiles and old grout has been removed? Suggestions to remove old residue so vinyl tiles can be used as replacement. Mfr. home - movement needs flexibility and vinyl would hold up better than current stone tiles and grouting that breaks apart.

Can this be put down on a second or third level of your home without cement board being put down? Is the grout the same as used with tile, or is there a special product for vinyl tiles?

it is really nice- we used luxury vinyl tile to go over ceramic. Our tile, however, was expensive, used an installer and acrylic. so durable, authentic and easy to keep! cost really was $10 grand. Not sorry, just sayin'....Armstrong.
