Cherry cabinetry: Warm and beautiful

A recent kitchen remodel we completed featured Shiloh cherry cabinetry. The stain color on this beautiful wood species added a great deal of warmth and comfort to the space. We also expanded the kitchen by removing a wall and opening up a former double closet to allow for additional cabinets and countertop. Our clients were pleased with the end results, and so were we!
The wall pictured was removed to open up the space. The only challenges were reworking the crown molding and patching the acoustical ceiling texture.
New view with wall and closets removed.
Beautiful new hutch with file storage drawers in the base cabinets, and a pantry.
The oven was formerly located on the removed wall, and was relocated to the right.
Former oven location new became a peninsula.
Closets in the background became the location of the new hutch.
Former location of the kitchen table.
