Aquatic plants abound in natural ponds and streams, make sure you fill your water features with them. You can even buy small container lotus or water lilies and enjoy their blossoms all spring, summer, fall, and winter (depending on where you live). Patricia, as far as I know, they will thrive outside only. A container lotus will live happily in a bowl about 14" wide and 12" deep. A water lily needs to live in a container about 2' by 3' deep at the smallest. We don't sell retail but am sure if you google container lotus in your area, you will find someone who carries them.
