    will this method work for carrots. I know you can get carrot tops to sprout greenery, but will it then grow a new carrot too?

    I started celery & romaine last year. Best kept secret! And I dehydrated celery for soups. So easy.

      Rob, if you put the celery in a jar with some fresh water and keep it in the fridge with the bag over the top, it will last longer, and start to root, too
