Copper/Aluminium Leaf Wreath for Beautiful Kitchen Decor for Under $20

Using aluminium tooling foil, this wreath makes a stunning addition to kitchen decor on a wall, hanging from a cabinet door or sitting on top of the cabinets.
The leaves on this beautiful wreath were made with 38 guage aluminium embossing foil.
The tooling foil I used for this project is copper tinted on one side, and aluminium on the other. It is a perfect metal for crafting as it is soft, pliable, and easy to handle without much worry for sharp edges. It cuts easily with a standard household scissors. A roll of this metal costs around $16 and I have been using the same roll for countless projects this year.
I made a simple lef pattern with a piece of paper, then cut out 70 leaves. I used a herringbone embossing tool to outline each leaf.
I drew a simple line down the center of each leaf using an embossing stylist.
The leaves were hot glued to a wire wreath frame.

This is gorgeous! I want to make one with magnolia leaves. I’ll use one from my tree as a pattern.
