The Alice Dresser

When I got this dresser it was in serious disrepair. The back was splintered and had to be removed. The front apron had a broken leg, and there were deep scratches on the fronts of most of the drawers.
While I knew that making her perfect might not be possible, my goal was to make her serviceable and useful again.
She was sanded, repaired and painted. While this dresser is not perfect, the drawers are large, and it is quite sturdy. I love the color, which is Manhattan Mist, by Behr, with some silver glaze on the rope detail. You can read about the details of the transformation on my blog.
