From Stain Glass to Fireplace Screen
I saw this cool way to repurpose a window pane into a fireplace screen for the summer time …and thought I could do the same thing with the piece of beautiful stain glass that my wonderful husband bought me a long time ago and could not find a place in our new home …love it when a plan comes together …and I for sure have a handy husband that does not usually ask …why
Next… I added the petroleum jelly to the places on the frame I did not want the paint to adhere to the wood …then scraped the paint off in those places!!! Then… I wiped off the stain from the white paint so it just stayed in all the yummy grooves …can you see from the left side and the right side the difference !!!
And then here is the finished product using my CeCe Caldwell's paint and stain ...love this stuff ...so easy to work with!!
