Easy
I absolutely love Mason Jars! They are so convenient and versatile, we use them for everything! So when it was time for a new soap pump in our recently "refreshed" bathroom, it was an obvious choice.
This is a simple project that is so easy to customize for your own style. The color choices are endless!
You can simply repurpose the pump from any disposable hand soap.
Measure the pump.
Then drill a hole.
Glue it into place.
Then sit back and enjoy! You can find out how to keep it from rusting and which glue to use for the best seal by reading the full tutorial at The Refurbished Home.

Nowadays, I can just buy the whole lid and pump contraption for a decent price at Michael’s. I do commend you however, for your hard work in doing it from scratch! Thanks for posting!

So useful. I was over-thinking the problem of fitting the pump. Thank you. Perfectly straightforward.
