How do I get started converting a tub to a shower with steat?

We had this in a condo once. You have to find a bathroom renovator who can/will cut an opening in the tub (they have special saws) and then finish off the cut edges. You will also have to change the shower head to a hand held model. There are in-home medical supply stores who can help with the seat. (Several options available).

You can completely remove the tub and put in a prefab shower.
