There are tub kits at home improvement stores or a pro can do it. Having a pro in will ensure it lasts longer.
You can buy kits at the home improvement store :)

Rust-Oleum does make a product that is approved for bathtubs.

I've used the Rustoleum product with good results. Please ventilate the room you are working in! It's pretty smelly.
