Hi Barbara. I'm Cindy. Locate and remove the screws attaching the frame to your shower/tub. Once the frame comes loose, you will be able to remove the shower door easily. The silicone can be removed using a screwdriver or butter knife. Good luck Barbara.
Barbara, I found this video which seems to give all the answers. I hope it helps you.

You can remove shower doors by removing the screws surrounding the shower. You will then need to remove the silicone with a knife. Hope this helps!
On some showers you can lift the doors right out of the track. After that remove all of the screws from the wall and the top rail. There is a silicone remover which you put on the old silicone and it softens making easier to remove without scratching your tub. Silicone remove usually comes in a jar and is available at hardware stores.
