Need ideas to plug a hole in my bathroom countertop
John Everett on Jun 28, 2018You could put a soap dispenser in that spot, or get a plug from your local hardware store.Helpful Reply
William on Jun 28, 2018Get a wood dowel that will fit the hole tightly. Or get one that is slightly oversize and whittle it down to fit the hole tightly. Cut it a little longer then the countertop depth. Slather it with wood glue and slip it in the hole until it's snug leaving some above the countertop height. Once the glue dries use a saw to cut it flush with the counter.Helpful Reply

CJ on Jun 29, 2018Gretchen,I'm not sure what you want to do. Do you want to permanently fill the hole or plug it while you do the concrete coating then remove the plug so the filtered water tap can go back in?Helpful Reply
Gretchen zimmerman on Jul 02, 2018no...I am wanting to fill the hole securely, so that I can do a diy concrete treatment over it to make it appear that it was never there.Helpful Reply
