You could tile to the ceiling or wallpaper. Wall paper done right will withstand damp bathrooms. -

When re-doing a 1/2 bath in our house, I glued wallpaper to the top half of the walls, then my husband put bead board and chair railing on the bottom half. I was in shock at how it turned out. We had to sell that house but I'd do my new 1/2 bath in the same wallpaper, it was so beautiful, but Amazon only has 1 roll left in stock. I think an entire bathroom done with gorgeous wallpaper would look fantastic!The wallpaper, drool.....
