How soon after a tub is reglazed can I put down a suction tub mat?

It's good to let the epoxy glaze cure as long as possible. With that said, I would wait a month so as to not disturb the finish. You don't want to block any evaporation that jeopardizes the finish.Helpful Reply -

I checked a few sites and laccording to some of them, it looks like its not advisable to use suction cup mats on re glazed tubs. Why not use peel and stick appliques?Helpful Reply -

I WOULD NOT use peel and stick appliques.... they very often do not come off when you want them to... lots of posts on here asking how to remove them ... and on a re-glazed tub or sink... they could very well pull off the finish and you would have to do it all over again.Helpful Reply -

You could try and use a very large piece of the non skid stuff for under carpets and rugs... use a size big enough for the whole tub... and after you bathe or shower... pick it up, shake it out and hang it to dryHelpful Reply -
