Building A Simple Bed Frame
After having our mattress on the floor, we finally got our bed built! It was a fairly simple design inspired by West Elm's Simple Bed Frame. 29ruehouse.blogspot.com
Foot/Head Board Rails with One Side of the Brackets
There's plenty of room under this bed for storage
All the slats are in place - 12 in all for this queen size bed
Now that our mattress is off the floor, it's so nice to be on the same level as the nightstands.
I had fun looking through our house for new bedding/decor to change things up after getting the bed built.
