Refurbished furniture

Ever wonder what to do with single drawers? Here's an idea. Make an ottoman.
This drawer came from an old dresser, we put legs on it, gave it an upholstered top,,,which is on hinges to open for storage, and a coat of latex paint.

Found some instruction here https://www.lifecreativelyorganized.com/16-fabulous-ways-to-repurpose-old-dresser-drawers/ but the "source" says it is this web page (go figure). Anyway, hope this helps:
Add legs (like these elegant decorative ones) to the bottom. To create the top, attach a piece of upholstery foam to a piece of plywood that has been cut to fit the drawer top. Cover the foam with polyfill batting and wrap with fabric (like this fun pattern). Use hinges to attach the cover to the drawer.

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
If I use Bun legs or feet what size would I use and what metal furniture plates would I use I see straight, corner and angle what's the difference?
It's beautiful but there is zero to go on as far as how this was actually put together. And none of the questions asked were answered so we still don't know much of anything about how to do this. Typically Hometalk articles include at least a simplified tutorial. Could you please update the article to answer some of the questions, if not edit with instructions? Would loved to have tried this if there had been more to go on.
