Vintage Modern Nursery

I had no specific plan when I set out to decorate baby #2 nursery. All I knew is that I wanted it to be teal. After I put everything together, the nursery gave me a vintage modern vibe. I didn't want it to be too "baby" or too grown. I think it came out perfect and suits my baby Harper's personality.
We settle on a Light Mint by Benjamin Moore. The color brightened up the room so much.
Instead of a big bulky book case, I decided to go with floating shelves.
I would have loved to have a white crib, but I re-used my oldest daughter's crib. Saved a ton of money!
We also used the old matching dresser to the crib. The dresser doubles as a changing table. I can honestly say that if you are planning to have more than one child, buy quality furniture. This crib and dresser still look brand new. You can see more details on the baby nursery on my blog.
